The questions we get asked most
Who is Treemac247?
Treemac247 is the tree surgery side of Laymac Group, based in Horsham. It is a trading name of Laymac Ltd, the same company behind Laymac surfacing and groundworks.
What areas do you cover?
We work out from Horsham across West Sussex and into Surrey: Crawley, Southwater, Billingshurst, Storrington, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, East Grinstead, Dorking, Reigate, Cranleigh, Guildford, Petworth, Midhurst and Chichester. If you are just outside that, ask anyway.
Will you check whether my tree is protected?
Yes, before any work. If it has a Tree Preservation Order or you are in a conservation area, the council needs an application or notice first, and we will tell you what it should say.
What should I send you?
Your postcode, a line or two about the tree or hedge and what you want done, and a couple of photographs if you can take them. A note about access, such as a side gate width, helps too.
